• Check date availability by post, email or telephone.
• Advise us of the occassion, location, number of guests & required times.
• Once a booking is accepted there will be a cooling off period of 7 days.
• We will confirm the booking in writing and request a deposit.
• On receipt of the deposit the booking is accepted and the date secure.
• If we have not received the deposit with seven days we will assume cancellation.
• Balance of the agreed charge is required on arrival.
